The following equipment is available to hire from Nottinghamshire Guide Head Quarters:

- Chime Bars
- Play Parachute
- Laptop Computer and Data Projector
- Girlguiding Nottinghamshire Gazebo for use at displays etc.
- Display boards
The County has a Youth Hostel card which is available for groups to borrow by arrangement.
We also have a County Archives room which can provide historical information and loan old uniforms.
