Hanson House
Hanson House is a former village school, converted and enlarged by Girlguiding Nottinghamshire to make it a well equiped holiday house and training centre. The accomodation is designed to sleep a maximum of 24 people. Rooms are all on one floor with a ramp to allow for wheelchair access. There is one dormitory for 18 children in bunk beds. 2 bedrooms each sleeping 2 adults and 2 extra camp beds may be used in the play room. The washroom has showers, 3 toilets and 5 hand basins with a separate shower room for adults with disabled facilities.Other accomodation includes a playroom with tables and chairs, a dining room and a kitchenfully equiped to cater for 30 people.
